Lat by obs 41 – 16 Long by Lunar 43 – 22

Monday Decn 23rd
First and middle part fresh Breeses at N West
Latter part light winds and rains and foggey
the winds west at 12 PM the wind hauls to the
southward and the weather Lights up at 3 PM saw
whales put of struck and killed one at sun set
take him along side and cabled him saw one sail
to the West ward Lat by DR 41 – 10 long 43 – 15

Tuesday 24th Decn
First and middle part light winds from the Eastward
Latter part Light winds and foggey employed in
cutting our whale and stowing 50 Blls of oil saw
several whales Lat by D R 41 – 15 Long 43 – 25

Wednesday Decn 25th
First part fresh winds at N N West at 6 PM
veered ship to N E M part strong gales and cloudy
Latter squalls of rain at 10 AM took the wind at
S West and rugged finished tying and chocked
off the after hatch saw nothing - - -
Lat by DR 41 – 50 Long 43 – 25
