How to make Non Parell

{Rx} Take six limons & pare them very thin & put
the Rinds & the Juice into two quarts of Brandy then
sto let it stand close stoped free three or four daies
then take three quarts of spring water & two pound of
fine Suger & set it on the fire & clarify it with two
whits of eggs let it boil a quarter of an hour
the take of the scum clean & let it be put in to
some sweet Vessel & let it stand til it be could cold
then put to it your Brandy & two quarts of whit
wine & strain it throw a flanill bag let your
vessel be full & it wil clarify it self in
four or five daies Bottle it stop it close & set it
