Dear Mr Hollowell,

Some of the symbols look like those
used in Shelton's Tachygraphy - the only
system I know. But others don't.
You might ask Dr E. J. Sams (SAMS) -
32 Arundel Av., Saunderstead, Surrey CR2 8BB. He
knows several systems. No doubt if you offered a fee
he'd translate for you if he could.
