This page looks like a blank sheet, that when they wrote the next page they closed the book without blotting the ink so it made a reversed image on the back of the sheet. If you drop the brightness and raise the contrast you can see the writing through the paper, and then turn the page it's the same writing, less the marginal notes which were added later. The only thing that belongs here is the 13 in the upper right corner.
