The house of Commons yes-
terday Resolved into a grand Committee of
the whole house further upon the Advise &
Resolved that tis the Opinion of this
Committee that there has been a grand
miscarriage in relacion to the descent and that
one of the reasons of the said miscarriage
was for want of timely and necessary
orders from those persons that had the -
