And if there is someon
who refuses the command and goes where he should not and breaks rank with the squadron, the rule states that if he is a liege man,
he would lose for his whole life the compensation of his horse,
and if he is a kinght or a sargent soldier?, the rule states that he should again lose the compensation for his horse, just as his lord has given it to him and he has retained it, just as if the horse should die or should injure himself during the period of time when he was holding it as his, then he will have no claim in his compensation by right or by assise.

Here you will hear who is held to supervise the animals in reserve, and by whose command the compensation should be paid, and put in writing at the Segrete or the lord's.
