Furnish and place substantial lattice work between foundation posts, around
entire outside of building. Paint lattice and posts, three coat work as a
above. Furnish and place on east door of south room one lock similar to
the broken one now on door; furnish two keys for lock.

All work shall be done to the satisfaction of the City Engineerwho will
supervise it on behalf of the City of Fort Worth.
