I will build the central fire Hall according to plans and specifications of L. B. Weinman of stone for the sum of Twelve thousand seven hundred and sixty four dollars $12, 7664.00

Weinman of Stove for the sum of $15495.00 Or of brick trimed with stone for $14450.00 or if face brick is left off on the in side & comm on brick substituted deduct $300.00 from above
