Dear Sir

Kindly look over the many of Ordinances and see if one was enacted about 4 or 5 months ago setting aside a portion of South Main for a Dumping Groun Immediately south of Central Ry grade Crossing All Kinds of Nuisance is deposited Animal Matter human feces, dead dongs and Car loads of tin Cans refuse of Butcher Shops and Grocer's decayed Vegetables.

If the Ordinance does not call for this plae as a Sumping locality. Please refer this note to the proper Authority, for Abatiment Should the Sanitary officers come out our way they will find that we are Citizens & tax payers and Claim their protection In all servousness the matter requires Attention. Hon.B.L.Waggoman, Chairman, and St. and Alley Committee.

Gentlemen;-

I am the owner of lots 3,4,5 & 6, Block- 14 Lawn Terrance addition to the City O Fort Worth,Texas, see plot attached, and beg to represent to you that said alley lies wholly within my property and is one that will not and can not be used by any one other than myself, and respectfully ask that you recommend to the Council that I be allowed to close said alley, as the City will never be able to in any way use it.

To the City of Fort Worth, Texas,

You are hereby notified that we, the undersigned, demand of the city of Fort Worth damages in the sum of five thousand dollars ($5000.00) as a result of the building of the viaduct on Jennings Avenue and the blocking of the said street, the said building of the said viaduct and the said blocking of the said street resulting in a practical closing or the said street and also resulting in a closing of the street for a longer time than we necessary in the prosecution of the said work. The aforesaid acts have caused the undersigned damage in that it has virtually destroyed the business of the undersigned to their damage as aforesaid, their business being located on said Jennings Avenue near the place where the said viaduct is being constructed and there being and having been no outlet on the said Jennings Avenue where it crosses the Texas & Pacific reservation and no outlet into any other street of the place of business of the undersigned.
