We your Police Com recommend
that the petition not be granted.
The fact that Mr. Smith does not use
the house referred to in connection
with his business leads us to make
this recommendation, aside from
the fact that we feel that the streets
of the city should not be cumbered
with unsightly structures of the
character of this one.
