Dear Edith:
We are getting
pretty well straitened, (?),
around. Johnie had to go
downtown on an errand
this P.M. and on to Montabello.
and I washed my face and changed
my dress, and have been
resting all the P.M. Just got
up to write you a little
and say I do hope you
will not send for the table,
as it is old and will cost
you so much to get it
to you, and you have
no room or need of it,
as I can see, and Johnie
and I bowth, (?), think you
will be, very foolish, to get
the bookcase as Geo can
make you a nicer one,
when you get ready for
one, for 1/2 the money.
