I don't like idea of you putting up any temporary
buildings, like when you do put up a building
for it to be where it could stay on the 2 1/2.
Then if you do, that had better wait until we
get this old lumber up there so you can use
it and not spoil new lumber.

How far from our 2 1/2 A is this outside land
and how far from nearest town?

I thot I told you this place I am going to pay only $7.00 per
mo. rent and then the 1.50 water rent.

You said it would cost 5 l per square ft. to store goods
so have you any idea what it would cost? Or why
wouldn't it do for you to build a barn or shed
on 2 1/2 acres & then store a lot of our goods in it?
Or would it be better to leave it here until Fall and
see how things turn out for us up there?

But don't suppose things here would be very safe.,
not as safe as in a shed up there.

It's way after 10 now & I can't hardly write, see or think so
