Are you reviewing what I have transcribed for any errors or are we suppose to review our own? Are we suppose to be reviewing work done by others on the same project?

Cary Saunders

Yes, someone will review pages you've transcribed. Please check the box for Needs Review at the top of the page when you're ready (you'll have to save the page again after that).
And yes, you may review work done by others and we encourage you to do so. Not everyone checks the Needs Review box, but if you find a page that looks complete, please check the Review box if it's not already checked, then review and edit as needed, then uncheck Needs Review before saving. Thank you!

So, I didn't realize that after one checked "Needs Review" that you had to check "Save Changes" as well and as a result, the "Needs Review" was never saved. I had thought that the pages were being reviewed right after I had completed them and then I had my doubts....So I checked "Needs Review" and signed off then signed in again and saw that the check for "Needs Review" had been removed and I knew that it hadn't been reviewed so that's when I contacted you. I have now gone back to all the pages I have done, checked the "Needs Review" and "Save Changes" and now I see that checked box has stayed. I think somewhere on the pages for instructions, a note should be added to be sure to click "Save Changes" AFTER one has checked the box for "Needs Review".....It was purely on a whim that I discovered that that's the only way the "Needs Review" stays.

Lucio Alvarez

'do', short for 'ditto', refers to 'oyl', so it's '40 Cask Brown oyl'?
