I recd. your Favr. of 20th Utto. advisoing ofof Capt.
Hansons having recd. mine & Mr. Purviances Letters & of his design of re-
turning by the first Inst.t with a sufficiency to pay every body, which I hear
tily wish, as well for his sake as my own being fully persuaded of his honor,
have not the least doubt that he will let me suffer if it be in his power
to prevent it. Inclos'd is his Acco.tt Ballance in my favr. £658.10.0 1/2
Lawful Money. by this post I inclse my Brother John Lloyd of Stamford.
a Duplicate with my power, who on Capt. Hansons arrival, will be at
New York in order to get it settled. am much oblig'd for your kind offer
of doing all you can for my Interest altho' you have your hands full alrea-
dy which have noted to my Brother. I have kept Mr. Purviances origi-
nal Letter to Mr. Hanson & only sent him a Copy thereof least the original
might miscarry, which imagine will be of [segnal?] use to him in settling
with that gentleman, I am Your huml. Servant
