been 8/6. The blue & white printed handkerchief tho fine,
turn out much higher than any of that sort I have seen;
I can't help thinking there must be some mistake in the
price of this also. Should be glad you would write
me particularly about these articles in your next.
I have seen Handkerchiefs lately come as large & as fine
not charged so much by 5d Stg. a handkerchief. The smallpox
being prevalent with us prevents the vending goods of all
sorts among us. Which believe must also prevent
my renewing my orders at present: Shall be careful of
remitting you as soon as I can. & am with due respect.

your son, & note the contents & doubt not the good end
