12th - Proceeded to the mature consideration of the
Code of Rules and Orders, by Paragraphs; and
accepted each Article as they [crossed out] it now stands around
it; except Article 19th which was postponed for
future consideration.
13th - To defer the choice of Officers agreerable to Article
4 & 2 till some future meeting.

14th - To choose a Secretary, pro Tem, who together
with two Members shall be a Committee to
attend the Daily and exercise the Powers
vested in the Council by Article 4 & 9th,
accordingly Dr. Draper was chosen secretary,
pro Tem and Dr Barker and Walls of y' Committee
15 that the next meeting be held in Milton,
the Hour to be determined by y' Committee.
16th - to dissolve the Meeting,
