At a meeting of the Suffolk Medical Association at Vose's Tavern [?] on th of October 1788 members present [?] Those [?] Jerauld Richardson Draper At one of Holbrook.
Voted 1st to recension a vote passed October 1787 that a suspension of member paying tis Shillings annually is agreed on.
2nd That if be enjoined one each member of said Associations, at each Hated meeting, to [?] an History of some one case or more, That may have occurred in the course of his practice with any observations he shall make. Proposed Doctor Bartlett of Rosbury to be a member of the Association.
Voted to adjourn this meeting to [?] in [?] there to meet at Amos's Tavern [Dedham?].

Voted 7. That this meeting be dissolved. ~

Voted to accept the foregoing recommendation of council being laid before the association, of that the absent members should be informed of it that they may conduct themselves accordingly.
