Young branches that came up this year when ye ground was burnt in ye spring, very thick single

Corol — 3, Petals — The uper one erect, or rather turned back — roundish — concave — The other irregular shape but similar — with 2 small Segts on ye uper side yn margin, patent. The under side of ye margin enters ye mouth of a very large horn — shaped honey Cup & appears

[14]7 appear to form ye mouth of its [?] are perfectly distinct — ye horn tapers gradually from ye mouth & is inflated, terminating in a reflected spur — The mouth is slightly scoloped, or cut rounding in ye segment of a circle [drawing] Stam side mergin and adheres at one of ye points to ye recepticle between ye 2 lower petals — The apex of ye lower petals are p turned back — making a wide opening into ye horn. The Corol & horn are of a bright yellow very deep yellow, doted with purple inside. The under edge som seem to be made irregular by mouth of ye horn pressing agt ym & receiving ym into its cavity, for stand directly a [bout?] it —
