I R. W. Harris of the county of Guilford
& state of North Carolina being of sound
mind and memory do make and publish
this my last will and testament in
manner and form following, that
is to say
Item 1 It is my will and desire that my
bloved wife, Margret A. Harris
shall have all of my estate
both real and personal of
every kind during her natural
life. After her death it is my
will & desire that all of my
estate both real & personal shall
be sold at auctionto the highest
bidder for cash & divided equaly
between my four children
namely Franklin M. Harris,
Julius W. Harris, Lelia A. Harris
and Lewen W. Harris, except
what shall be disposed of in
other items of this will.
Item 2 I give & bequeath to my son
Franklin M. Harris lot number
one commencing at the south
corner of Martin Taylor's lot
Fayetteville street turning south
with said street two hundred & twenty
feet front & back nearly west
to the outer line of my land.
Item 3 I give & bequeath to my son Julius
W. Harris lot no. two adjoining
and same as no. one two hundred and twenty feet south
