Item 5 I give & bequeath to my son Lewen W. Harris
lot no. four adjoing no. three two hundred &
twenty feet font on said street running
back near west along the line of lot
nomber three embracing all the
land that I own south of said line
including all buildings except lot no.
five.
Item 6 I give & bequeath to my dawter Marih E.
Kearns wife of Carson P. Kearns lot
no. five adjoing no. four one hundred & twenty
feet front on said street in front
& running back near west two hundred
& twenty adjoing lands of S. Pery on
the south to her & the heirs of her
body.
Item 7 I will & bequeath all the remainds of said
track of land on which I now live to my
three children Franklin M. Harris, Julius
W. Harris, Lelia A. Harris equal shaer
& shear a like.
Item 8 I give & bequeath to Roswell K. Harris
one dollar in money besids what he has
