one dollar in money besids what he has
already received from me.
Item 10 I give & bequeath to my son Romules
F. Harris one dollar in money besids
what he has already received from
me.
Item 11 I give and bequeath to my dawter Francis
J. Kearns wife of Henry C. Kearns
one dollar in money besids what
she has already received from me.
Item 12 It is my will & desire that my
executors hereinafter named shall
provide my body with decent
burial & immediately after my
death shall pay all my just debts
& erect at my grave sitable tomb-
stones money for same to be
used out of any of my personal
property.
Item 13 It is my will & desire that if it
any time any amount of money
should be derived from an interest
which I have in mineral property
in Davidson Co N C said money
shall be equally divided amongst

Lastly I do herby constitute & appoint my wife
