Use lean bony pork & liver. Boil
season with salt, pepper, little
onion & celery if you want to
add it. you simmer until
meat falls from bones. Pick
meat from bones & chop it.
Second step is to make
corn meal mush. Can use
part buckwheat flour and
part corn meal or all
corn meal. Add 1 tbs.
flour to a cup of meal. One
cup of meal is the correct
proportion for a scant
4 cups of broth and
3 cups loosley packed meat
Stir a small quantity of
cold water into the meal
before mixing it with
the boiling broth. This
