Slowly stir meal mixture
into boiling broth and
continue stirring and
cooking until it begins to
thicken 10 or 15 min. Stir
in Chopped meat. Put pan
over another pan of boiling
water. Cover and let cook
with only occassional stirring
for not less than an hour.
Pour in loaf pans that
have been rinsed in
cold water and let cool.

Egg Toast (French toast Fried bread)
Dip bread slices in this mix:-
1/2 c milk- 1 beaten egg-2 tbs
melted shortening, 1/8 tsp salt.
In Broiler 3 in from heat 4 to 5 min - turn broil
3 to 4 min. Or fry.
