Boil Beef bone - flavor with onion
Rice - Rivvels - Parsley - hard boiled eggs

Italian Minestrone

Soak 1 c beans - Cook in 1 1/2 qts water. Saute
1 1/2 tbs onion, 1 stalk celery, 1 clove garlic, 2 tbs
arsley in 1/4 c oil. Add 1 c tomato pulp,
1 c chopped cabbage & add to beans,
add 1 c cooked macaroni or rice &
simmer 30 min. Serve with
Parmesan cheese.
