Green Pea Salad

Prepare a french dressing,
mayonaise dressing or creme
salad dressing. Have all
materials cold. Open a can
of pea's and drain in a
colander or seive. Take creme
cheese and cut in cubes about
size of a pea. Place pea's
in a bowl and put a good
quantity of french dressing
over them. Let stand about
5 minutes. Place peas on a
plate which is garnished
with lettuce or any garnish
available. Place some cheese
on top in center. Place some
mayonnaise over one side of
salad and serve.
