Salmon or tunny Salad.

1 can salmon or tunny fish.
1 cup shredded cabbage or
sliced celery.
Drain oil from fish; remove
the bone and bits of skin. Add
the cabbage or celery, and
mayonnaise or creme salad
dressing. Arrange on lettuce
and garnish if desired.

note.

If creme salad dressing is
used with salmon, the oil
drained from the salmon may
be used for fat of creme
dressing. The salmon may
be marinated before adding
the other ingredients. When
