Savory Meat

3 lbs raw lean beef chopped very fine.
3 eggs.
6 soda crackers rolled very fine.
Peice butter the size of a walnut
4 tablespoonsful of Cream
Pepper and salt

Press into a shape bake 1 1/2 hours

Raw-beef sandwich

Toast slice of bread on one side, (soften
it with hot beef juice if liked) spread
scraped beef on untoasted side, broil
lightly in gas oven or place in the
oven for 5 or 10 minutes. season and
serve
