Spiced Brazil nut chips


½ lb. soaked, sliced brazil nut chips ½ c. gran sugar
1 t. Cinnamon
1TB melted butter

To prepare the chips, soak
shelled Brazil nuts in hot water for
at least ½ hr; then cut in lengthwise
slices. Spread nut chips in a shallow
pan; Pour butter over them
Then sprinkle the chips with the
sugar and cinnamon, mixed together
Bake in mod oven 350° for 20 to 30
min. Stiring frequently

Walnut Butter Crunch


½ C. butter 4 sq. (4g) semi sweet choc. melted
1 C. granulated sugar
⅔ C. chopped walnuts ⅔ C. minced walnuts
