Graham Cracker Date Muffins

½ cup flour; ½ cup fine
Graham Cracker crumbs;
1/2 tsp. salt; 2 tsp. Baking Powder;
2 tbsp. sugar; 1 egg well
beaten; 2 tbsp. melted
butter; ½ cup hot milk;
½ cup chopped dates;

Method:- Sift flour and
measure, sift again with
crumbs, salt, baking powder
and sugar, add egg, melted
butter, milk and dates,
all at once. Beat only until
smooth, drop into oiled
muffin pans, moderately
hot oven 375 F for 20 mins.
Make 1 dozen small muffins.
