Bisquick
English Scones
Combine ½ cup sugar and
2 cups Bisquick add 2 well
beaten eggs, beat thoroly.
Roll dough ¼ inch thick
cut in squares, then triangles
brush with melted butter,
then sprinkle with sugar
if desired. Bake 10 mins
in a hot oven 425ºF.
Note
You may add cinnamon
to the sugar for Spice Scones
