Potatoe Fudge
1 box cocoanut
1 small mashed potatoe
1 box powdered sugar.
1 sq. melted chocolate
Mix sugar + potato well, put
layer in pan. Next a layer of
cocoanut + layer of chocolate + cocoanut.

Tomato Soup Cake ([H Yeaton ?])
1 C Sugar ½ C shortening
1 can Campbells Tomato Soup
with 1 t soda dissolved in it. Sift
to - gether:

2 ½ C flour	2 t baking powder
½ t cinnamon	1 cup nuts
1 t nutmeg	1 C. raisins
little salt	Bake in moderate
¼ t clove	oven 1 hr.
