At a meeting of the vestry of St: John's Church
held in the Brick Chapel on Tuesday, March 1. 1892
Present
Rev: L. W. Burton, Rector presiding, and
Messm Lynn Bossieux, John F. Mayer, Hos R.
Raone, G.G. Minor, Thomas S. Macon Benjamin
F. howard and George K. Taylor.
The meeting was opened with prayer; the
minutes of the two last meetings were read and
approved.
On motion, Resolved that the sum of fifteen
dollars and seventy five cents to pay the expenses
of the Sunday School celelbration incurred
at Christmans of 1891. also the sum of one
dollar to pay M.E.T. Snead for having fallen
in the Church.
A communication from "The Brotherhood" was
received, which, a motion was ordered to
be spread on the minutes, and is as follows
"At a called meeting of the St: John's
Brotherhood, held in main body of the Chruch
at neg[west] of the Rector M. Lewis W. Burton
(after Wednesday night service) Febry 17./92

W.F.D.Moore was appoitned temporary chairan

Resolution from vestry was read regarding
Weddell Memorial mission -
Moved by M. Easter, Deconded by M. Grenshaw
Resolved that the Brotherhood receive the fore
going communication from the vestry and
accept the plan for managing Wedell
Memorial mission therein, sfor as the
same shall be within the limit of the
resolution passed Febry 11 1892, stating
