I was too sleepy to continue last night - &
so went to bed & had a good long night.

I had another letter from you this morning,
thank goodness, & thank you, darling. This one
had been posted in London at 3-45 p.m. on
July 17th - & today is the 24th - so it has
taken 7-8 days.

I have just wired you to phone me
at Warrenpoint 217 at 10-0 tonight. The
reason for this proceedure is that there
is far less delay from England to Ireland
