Warning!

The War Proclamation of the President
of the United States requires all male per-
sons of every race (both White and Black)
between the ages of twenty-one (21) and
thirty-one (31) to Register at the usual
Voting Precinct on Tuesday, June 5, 1917,
between the hours of 7 A. M. and 9 P. M.

Any person [White or Black] between
the ages of twenty-one (21) and thiry-one
(31) who refuses or fails to Register on
the 5th day of June, 1917, whether sick
or otherwise disabled, (no excuses will be
accpeted), will be imprisoned.

The following places have been set apart
for Registration:

FIRST TOWNSHIP
East Edenton: At Court House.
West Edenton: At Armory.
SECOND TOWNSHIP
Rockyhock: At H. B. Jones' Store.
Center Hill: At B. W. Evans' Office.
THIRD TOWNSHIP
Wardville: At Will Eason's Store.
FOURTH TOWNSHIP
Yeopim: At Old Yeopim School House.
