His Execrs: admrs: trust to & for the only use benefit & behofe
of the sd George Pollock, his Execrs: admrs: & Assignes for Ever & to & for
none other Use or Uses Intents or purposes whatsoever nevertheless
the sd. David Henderson for him self his Execr:s & admrs: Do Covenant
pmise to and with the sd Thos: Pollock that the Same Thomas Pollock &
his Assignes shall have the Use & ocupation of all the before menconed
Goods Chattles negros cattle hoggs and Shall & may have & take the
profitts & Commodities of the Same to his own Use Commodity
& pfitt during all the [crossed out word] ^(terme) of his natural life & it is farther
agreed by & bettween all the parties to these presents and by them
declared to be their true Intent & meaning that it Shall and may
be lawfull to and for the sd: Thomas Pollock at any time here
