My dearest Thomas,
Things are very quiet now, not much mail
so this leaves us without so much work to do.
I'm looking some more letters from you and do
hope they come real soon.
Chief, Olson and I made our usual rounds
again stoday. We went to see the [begin underline] Man from
down under [end underline] wich I enjoyed very much. It was
an Australian picture and of course a war pitcure
I guess a picture that doesn't have war in it
is getting scarce back home. Got to keep the old
moral up you know.
Chief has just started going to the shows for
the past few weeks. He never went to one unless
it was a high rated picture. Now he is getting
to be as much of a show fan as the rest of us.
We really do see a lot of them for the boys on
liberty generally see two show in a day. We go to both
the show in town on on the base.
