In line 7, I suspect the vertical line through the 'e' and the 2 dots above reflect a scribe indicating that the letter should be erased. I don't know how to show this in transcription. Both habtus and habetus are Latin words, but I don't know Latin well enough to choose which is right for the context.

Hard to distinguish d from cl. The bottom of the l in cl has a more upward curve connecting it to the second letter. Also notice that the the two letters in cl tend to be closer in vertical size than the two parts of the d. But I'm still not confident about it sometimes.

Some of the slanted lines above letters look like fadas and I wonder if the scribe is indicating a long vowel?
