1: Light wind S. to S.E. to gale South these 24 hours - First part of 24 hours little damp - Last part of 24 hours rain - Sea moderately smooth - Barometer 30.00 to 29.60 - 1st ass't went to Newport after mail and supplies - 2nd ass't working in shop.

2: Gale South to light wind West and North these 24 hours with rain - Sea quite rough - Barometer 29.60 to 30.03 - 1st ass't went fishing - General duties for the day - 2nd ass't working on birds in his quarters and went to Newport after mail and supplies - Keeper makeing fire in hot water heater.

3: Moderate breeze to light East to North wind these 24 hours - First part of 24 hours light rain showers - Last part of 24 hours fair and warm - Sea smooth - Keeper and ass'ts putting 200 gallons of mineral oil in oil butts - Keeper cleaning in his quarters and went one half mile from station on business - 1st ass't went fishing - 2nd ass't cleaning and sweeping in his quarters - barometer 30.14
