Packed my case in morning. Left
our house at 11-45. Arrived at [school]
at 4:45. Met at Liverpool St. by
Aunti [Maryory]. Went for walk with
Sheila in evening.
Went shopping with Sheila in
morning. Aunti Daisy, Beryl Ann
Christopher and Margaret came [for] day.
Went paddling in river. Went to [Henely Wa..]

wandered round shops. Bought Mummy a
smock in Bentalls. Had dinner at Lyons
Went to pictures in afternoon.
Lovely day. Went to Hampton [east] and Esher in morning Visited
Hampton Court Palace in afternoon
and had tea in banks of Thames.
Quite nice day. Went to [Keysl..]
by bus and walked along the [tow pier]
to Teddington and watched boats. Had
dinner in lock gardens played [Bueeaneer] in []
Wrote to Mummy in morning and
then went to [Kunchley] wood [undhua..]
blackberry on Telegraph hell. Had a [pre...] in tent on [Laum] in afternoon
