This Deed, Made this the 18th day of April 1918
by W.P. Ragan and his wife Elizabeth G. Ragan
of Guilford County and State of North Carolina, parties of the first part
to W.B. McFarland & wife Semyra McFarland of Guilford County
and State of North Carolina, party of the second party,
Witnesseth, That the said parties of the first part, in consideration of ($125.00)
One Hundred and Twenty Five dollars, to them paid by the said party of the
second part, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, have bargained and sold, and by these presents do
bargain, sell and convey unto said party of the second part and their heirs a tract or parcel of land in the Country
of Guilford and State of North Carolina, in High Point Township,
adjoining the lands of [?] and others, and
bounded as follows:
Being lot No. 4 in Book "A" in L.H. [?]
decision of H.E. William lands, which plot in duly
