Fayetteworth Feby 9th 1822

Dear Sir

If my deposition will be necessary in the
case Lambert & Brothers [?] Burus & [Chisden?] will
you be as good as to send me a [commission?]
and have a notice served on them to attend
at the Court house in Fayetteworth on Saturday
the 2nd of [March?] next.

Should John [Tyson?] be at Court I will thank you
if you have an opportunity to inquire of him
what he may know about the matter.
