rent should be increase, when doubled
but have a special rate for the Chinese
members; for the Chinese 20% discount.

and it was passed by the majority.

(5) Mr. F.Y. Chuck gave a motion
that rooms in second floor when doubled,
each person should pay $6.50 except room
no. 6; and room no. 6, when doubled, each
person should pay $7.50. And rooms in
third floor when doubled each person
should pay $3.50. Room no. 1, single room,
person who are living in it should pay
$6.00; room 2, single room, the rent
should be $6.50; and room no. 4, a good
single room, the rent should be $7.00.

that any one who sleep in the sleeping
porch should paid $1.50 for month as
rent.

for sleeping room when wanted. And
