The oldest student association in Canada, the Alma Mater Society (AMS) has been the central student organization at Queen's since its founding in 1858. The Society has had a non-academic court system in place for many years. The item to be described is a volume of minutes from AMS court proceedings in 1925.

Case 2 The following were arraigned on a charge of not having their identification cards with them on Oct. 11th. Maurice McDonell C. Bowker C. Stonbury D. A. Farnsworth J. Taylor D. Abbot D. Garrison N. F. Taylor All pleaded guilty and were dismissed on suspended sentence.

N. R. Sewell being absent had the additional charge of "contempt of court" added.

Case 3 The following also were charged with not having their identification cards. P. F. Putman J. C. Cooper C. McCalpine C. E. Kennedy M. Brown

All pleaded guilty

Case 4 J. A. Logan was charged with "not wearing a tam". Claimed it was stolen but did not report the loss nor attempt to get another. Pleaded guilty and was sentenced by Justice Findlay to be present at the Arts Club room Tues Oct. 26/26 at 4 p.m.

Case 5 A. Lalonde was charged with "fussing". Pleaded guilty and was sentenced to be present at Arts Club Room Tues. Oct. 26/26 at 4 p.m.

Case 6 G. R. Gray was charged with "fussing". Pleaded guilty and was sentenced to be present at Arts Club room

Case 7 George Elliott - charged with "fussing". Pleaded guilty + was sentenced to report at the Arts Club room on Tues. Oct 26/26 at 4 p.m.

Case 8 R. A. Workman charged with "fussing". Pleaded "not guilty" - Case was dismissed for lack of sufficient evidence.

Case 9 G. G. Martin was charged with "fussing" Pleaded guilty and was sentenced to report at the Arts Club room on Tues. Oct 26/26 at 4 p.m.

Case 10 E. D. Kindle was charged with "fussing" Pleaded guilty and was sentenced to report at the Arts Club room on Tues. Oct 26/26 @ 4 p.m.
