with his evasivge replies to the
questions put to him by the Senatus in eliciting
the truth in this matter.

And further, the Senatus Academicus, having
foud Oliver Thibodo, Robert Thibodo, and
John Sweetland, guilty, on their own confession,
of an act of wanton mischief committed
upon Professor Smith's House, resolved,
that they be admonished by the Principal,
and that previously to their re-entering
their respective Classes, they each pay a
fine of Ten Shillings into the College Fund
through the Senatus Academicus.

It was also resolved, that the above Sentences
of the Senatus Academicus be read in Public
Hall by the Principal previously to his admonishing
the parties.
