as to the beach position of these
three stands will be easily got
by you, from any of the local fish-
ermen at Wiarton. I herein
give a hurried sketch of the points
in question as they appear in
Colpoy's Bay: No's 1, 2 & 3 being

required to be set -- (No 4 is not

The necessary requirement
to comply with your agreements
with the Dept. will be, the three pound
nets with everything necessary to
fish them, including men, and
material; also a tug or going
to, and from the nets when required,
with two men to run it; with
Boat or scow to enter, and
