give a hurried sketch of the points

Colpoy's Bay: No's 1, 2 & 3 being

to comply with your agreements
with the Dept. will be, the three pound
nets with everything necessary to
fish them, including men, and
material; also a tug or going

proper stations in Colpoy's Bay,
and ready for operation in
