Yacht Acacia

9.15 am Left American River for Hog Bay.
Mr Hawker & family put them on board
SS Karratta.
Launch [illegible text] down & set sail
towards Second Valley 3 pm Got the engines
going. Stop Second Valley 5 pm sea orders
M Hawker went on.
6 pm Came to anchor near Jetty
Yankalilla for the night. Fresh ESE.

1 April Tuesday

4.30 am got underway towards Port Adelaide.
Stop Glenelg 11am. Landed all luggage for
Mr Hawker. 2.30 pm left toward
Glenelg. Calm unbent all sails & got
all gui & stowed away same.
Stop alongside Portonian for the
night.

2 Wednesday

Landed all gear & stored some in locker.
Thursday not [illegible text].
10.30 am shifted up to yacht moorings.
2.30 pm Engineer & Mr Hawker came on
board about eingings & started taking
to pieces.
