Court House door and three other public places in said
County and that she make report of said sale to this Court
within sixty days after the same is made. It is further ordered
that said sale be made on the following terms, viz:
For one half puchase money to be paid cash and the
balance to be bivided into two equal payments due
respectively at one and two years with interest from date, and
with notes or bonds given for the deferred payments with
at least two sufficient sureties to be approved by this
Court--And it is further ordered that said petition
be recorded. And Sallie May Lanham formerly
deceased, having now filed be within consent thereto
it is further ordered that the dower interest of the said
widow in the said land be sold with the land, and
that the said consent of the widow be recorded.

{Minors} In the matter of the Estate of Williw
{Estate of--} Byrd, Jessie Byrd, Beecher Byrd and Lee O'N Byrd, minors--
This being the day heretofore set to hear and
{Decree on} determine the petition of Mrs Sallie Byrd, as Guardian of
{petition to sell Real} the persons and estates of the said minors, for an order
{Estate for} to sell certain lands hereinafter described, for the purpose
{maintenance and education} of the maintenance and education of said wards, said day
being not less that Thirty days from the time of making
said application--Now comes the said petitioner and
moves that her said application be granted. And it
appearing to the Court that WIllie Byrd, Lee O'N Byrd,
Beecher Byrd and Jessie Byrd, said minors and all
residing in this County and State, have been duly
notified of said application, and the day set for hearing the
same, by citations served upon Willie Byrd, who is over
14 years of age and upon Sallie Byrd their mother for
Beecher Jessie and Lee O'N Byrd not less than thirty
days before this day--and that notice has been given
as directed by publication for 3 successive weeks in the
Shelby Sentinel a newspaper published in said Shelby
County, and the said Robert E. Bowdon, heretofore
appointed Guardian ad litem to represent and defend the
interests of the said Willie Byrd, Beecher Byrd, Jessie
Byrd and Lee O'N Byrd, minors, in all matters pertaining
to this proceeding, coming now and consenting to serve
as Guardian ad litem, denying the allegations
