Ordinance No 72 An Ordinance to amend
an Ordinance known as Ordinance No 63
fixing the Bond Duties and compensation
of Officers so as to make the compensation
of Marshal read $10.00 per month was read
and on motion was passed. Approved
Mayor and attested by the Clerk:
On motion Water Committee was
authorized to make necessary repairs
to reservoir:
Clerk reported Notice of Appropriation
of Water posted on Reservoir on March
3rd 1897 and filed for record in the
Auditor's Office of King County wsh
on the 4th day of March 1897: cost
of recording 85 cents.
On motion Warrants were ordered
for officers salaries for the quarter ending
April 1st as follows
J A Kelso No 192 as clerk $25.00
C N Groat No 193 as marshal 2 months $12.00
W S McCurley No 194 as Attorney $30.00
On motion Council Adjourned to meet
on first Monday in May 1/97 at 8 PM
