May 12 On motion the Supt. was instructed to
exchange with other nurserymen such
plants and seed as he saw fit.

On motion the Supt. was instructed to
purchase a team of two horses and such
other equipemnt as would be necessary for
Park purposes.

On motion the salaries of Park keepers was fixed at a sum
not to exceed $60.00 per month.
Of Park tenders not to exceed $50.00 per month.

On motion the Supt. was instructed to purchase
a Plans Table as soon as the same became
necessary.

On motion the Supt. was instructed to
arrange for such draughtsmen as he
deemed necessary. Also to procure a
draughting table.

On motion the Supt. was instructed to arrange
a tool house and make other necessary repairs
at Kinnear Park.

Moved that the Mayor and City Council be
invited to accompany the Park Commissioners
on a tour of inspection and the park property
at 1 oclock P.M. Tuesday May 17" 1892.
Carried.

There being no further business a motion to
adjourn was carried. W. E. Burgess
